Report Card: Georgia's 19-13 win over Texas A&M - 247Sports

It wasn't pretty, but Georgia moved its record to 10-1 on the season Saturday with a 19-13 victory over Texas A&M. The offense got off to an incredibly slow start but the defense remained steady until the other side of the ball gained it's footing.

The Bulldogs mustered just 260 total yards with 96 of that coming on the ground. That number is seriously offset by -37 rushing yards from team rushes and the quarterback. UGA finished just five of 15 on third down but two of those came through the air on the only touchdown drive of the day.

Defensively, UGA was on point almost all night. The Aggies won the yardage battle with 274 total and 275 of it came through the air. Yes, you're reading that correctly. TAMU had negative one yards rushing. Isaiah Spiller gained just seven yards on 11 carries with a long of five while Kellen Mond had the longest rush of the night of nine yards but had nine total carries for negative eight yards.

The stats tell part of the story in a game that was probably too close for comfort for UGA fans and Kirby Smart, but below, Dawgs247 digs a little deeper by evaluating each Bulldogs position group in our weekly report card.
